"Burton Jib Session" Swieradow Zdroj (PL) - 16th of January 2011
Swieradow Zdroj, Poland – Mid-January Poland saw spring temperatues with +5°C and rain instead of snow. With such warm weather it was not an easy mission to build a perfectly shaped park for the Burton Jib Session.
The Burton Jib Session was originally planned for the 15th of January, due to the bad weather conditions the organizers decided to postpone the event to the day after. And they were lucky: Sunny weather welcomed the riders and they were ready to shred the park!
The course consisted of five obstacles: one down box, a small pool jam with drum, a double kink box, a streetrail and a butterbox. The riding level was really high and the riders showed how creative they can be. We saw some incredible tricks and one of the riders almost stomped a double frontflip (check the clip) but in the end Kuba Dytkowski from Katowice made it to the top of the podium.
